This template determines what the address book will look like.
- addresses
- A loop containing all addresses in this address book
- address
- An HTML formatted address.
- editButton
- A button that will allow the user to edit an existing address.
- defaultButton
- A button that will allow the user to set an address as a default.
- deleteButton
- A button that will allow the user to delete an existing address.
- useButton
- A button that will allow the user to select an existing address for use on a form.
- addButton
- A button that will allow the user to add a new address.
