This template determines what the address editor will look like.
- address1
- The first address line.
- address2
- The second address line.
- address3
- The third address line
- state
- The state or province for this address.
- organization
- The name of an organization that uses this address. Probably the place you work.
- city
- The city for this address.
- label
- eg: 'Home' or 'Work'
- name
- The name of the person at this address.
- country
- The country for this address.
- code
- The postal, or zip code, for this address.
- phoneNumber
- A phone number for this address.
- error
- If there are any problems the error message will be displayed here.
- formHeader
- The top of the form.
- formFooter
- The bottom of the form.
- saveButton
- The default save button for the form.
- address1Field
- The field for the main address line.
- address2Field
- The field for the secondary address line.
- address3Field
- The field for the tertiary address line.
- labelField
- A field to contain the address label like 'home' or 'work'.
- nameField
- A field to contain the name of the person/company for this address.
- cityField
- A field to contain the city for this address.
- stateField
- A field to contain the state or province for this address.
- countryField
- A field to contain the country for this address.
- codeField
- A field to contain the zip code or postal code for this address.
- phoneNumberField
- A field to contain the phone number for this address.
- emailField
- A field to contain the email address for this address.
